Shipping and Freight

Do you provide delivery tracking? 

Due to the nature of our products we use multiple different carriers depending on weight, fragility and your location. If we send your item via a large network like TNT or Toll, you will receive a consignment number for tracking. If your item is sent using a trusted furniture carrier, the driver will be in touch to provide an estimated delivery day and time.

Please note that once your order is in the hands of the freight carrier, we are unable to control the delivery transit time and delivery updates. As this is a third party service please contact the carrier directly for any updates on your order. 

Can I nominate a specific delivery date? 

As we use third party freight carrier services we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time. Upon shipping confirmation you will receive an estimated date however this may be subject to change and Mode Maison is not responsible for any changes or delays incurred during transit.

Will the driver bring my item/s inside?  

The automatic delivery method selected in your region will always be for a standard delivery ground floor service. This does not include bringing your item/s into your premises and your order will be delivered to the closest threshold of your address.   

Depending on the service available in your region, your items may be packaged on a wooden pallet. The freight carrier will require pallet jack access upon delivery. 

Please consider the weight and fragility of our items upon delivery. As our freight service is to front door, ground floor by default you may need to ensure you have arranged adequate assistance to bring inside, unpackaged and set up your items. 

Please note that all freight quotes are valid for 4 weeks and are subject to change.  

Homewares

All of our wares are posted via a nominated courier service. We allocate 2 days per week to send out all wares orders, although we will endeavour to send your order out to you as soon as possible please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Postage time frames can depend on whether you are located in a regional or metro area, public holidays  and weekends.

Please note that in order to keep our shipping costs down we cannot send your order to Australia Post Parcel Pick up locations or deliver to PO Box. Please ensure you have a residential or commercial business address available for delivery.
